Today we did a lot more shopping. We had fun buying more movies, baby shoes, and baby clothes. We're generally not big shoppers so this hopefully stock us up a bit.
Tonight was the the farewell dinner party. The food was only mediocre and the party was somewhat uninteresting. Maybe because we're tired. We left early and got back to the hotel to start packing. The one thing great we should get out of the farewell party is the group picture...I'll share that when we get a copy.
This will be our last post from China. We have a busy day tomorrow finalizing some U.S. Consulate related activities. Directly from there we will head to the airport.
Zach and I honestly can say that we have had an incredibly wonderful experience here in China. We are forever grateful to this land for giving us our daughter. This is Zach's first Asia trip and I'm glad he had a great time. He got so adventurous he even tried Durian ice cream today and he didn't gag. Progress I tell you is a good thing.
We want to thank all of you who have been following our journey and sending us your thoughts/comments/well wishes (so I don't feel like I'm talking to the wind). Our journey has been made extra special because we feel like we haven't traveled alone. You have been with us every step.
