Yosemite
Thanksgiving
Two weeks after Yosemite we took yet another 6.5 hour road trip up to Fremont. That was to spend Thanksgiving with Papa and Nana. Caelyn thought she was in heaven. She didn't have to wait to get her food every 3 hours...just as she finished her food we turned around and sat back down for more food. Although confused, she didn't complain!
Caelyn did remarkably well on both road trips. Only a couple times where she cried for about 2 minutes while in the carseat. We took a few breaks so she could stretch her little legs, eat and diaper change. And we played her music when she was upset...all that seemed to keep her fairly content.
We also celebrated Thanksgiving with our friends. This year many of our good friends have also welcomed their little ones. The Thanksgiving table grew exponentially this year!
Washington D.C.
Late November Zach had a firm training. Caelyn and I tagged along. Besides getting to hang out with Daddy...we got to stay at the Ritz. That was enough to convince Mommy :-) Caelyn and I took the subway to the museums at the mall. We both enjoyed visiting our country's capital.
